Take A Fun Trip and join us for a College Tour to Atlanta, Ga and Alabama with a focus on African American heritage

M.A.L.E aims to build a community network that supports all local youth in making healthy choices; succeeding in school; reconnecting to education and work, if they are at risk or out of school; and building education and career paths that lead to lifelong success.

M.A.L.E provided supportive services, summits and training to more than 500 local youth. Our programming focuses on drop out prevention, leadership and resiliency training, college tours, service learning, life skills training, and career exploration.

M.A.L.E helps young men develop a deeper self-awareness, build character, and enhance leadership skills through mentoring and community service opportunities.

The 5 major goals of the program are to help our male youth:

  • understand the nature of college

  • recognize that a college education may be important to future success

  • gain positive perceptions and aspiration about college

  • prepare academically for college admission

  • set short-term and long-term goals
